Hi,
I have big problems using Scatt MX-W2. Scatt Germany has replaced the complete electronic (including battery) in my divice twice, but the problem still exists.
A few days ago the second replacement of the electronic was done – but unfortunately the same trouble appears:
After the calibration I am able to do some shots in the correct way. But suddenly, often around shot nr. 20, the connection between Scatt and the mobile device seems to be disturbed, and the aimpoint trajectory is no longer flowing in real-time but jumping from point to point visible for a short time, disappearing, appearing again for half a second, disappearing again and so on. In many cases the shot will not be recorded. Sometimes after a new sensor calibration it will again work properly for some shots, but after a short time the problems start again.
I use the MX-W2 in the direct mode (blue) in connection with the Scatt Expert App. I have tested it with an IOS device (iPhone 12 Pro Max IOS 15) and an Android device (Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 2021). The problem appears on both of them. No matter if I do a real shooting training outdoor or indoor, real shooting or dry run with illuminated Scatt Target Holder – the disfunction will surely appear…
Meanwhile I am really in despair – what is my problem? Is it a bug in the Expert App? Can anybody help me with a solution?
