So like a direction arrow that we have in regards to the breach + center of the target, correct?
View attachment 1256Thus, this thing, but the default would be the DA's crosshair and the arrows would point out what direction that particular breach deviated from the DA's crosshair, am I getting this right?
Yes, but with arrow directions at least every 45 degrees, rather than just each 90 degrees.

so I can (...) see if there's a trend in the breaks
Great idea from @nate as a trend would be a clear evidence of aiming /stability / breach mistakes.

Now that gives me a further idea: you can draw a circle area in which the center would be the center of your last second (or 250ms) aiming area and you would put a mark at the hit relative to that center. If you do that on the same drawing for all the shots of a target you get a sort of "aiming deviation target" on which you will not only see the distances and directions, but maybe "groups" of aiming deviations with similar distances and directions. Most of all you will be able to "visually" appreciate and analyse these sets of deviations, exactly as you analyse a real target.
Now do that on the same drawing for all the shots of a session and you get a pretty powerful analysis tool. Am I explaining this clearly enough?

I'm still using the Pro version for one reason:

-with my old eyes I have to see the trace length in a big font size on the screen. I haven't found a way in Expert version to do this? (is there one?)

The Expert version has one big benefit, which could convince me to switch. It is touch screen friendly
best regards
Andy

I would like to be able to easily toggle the visibility of certain parts of the aiming trace.

When analyzing different parts of each shot, for example the hold or breach, it would help to see only the relevant part of the trace in replays.

Something like this for the selectors of which parts of the trace are shown

The practice list should be ordered from newest to oldest. So that the latest practices would be the first on the list. This would save some scrolling to find the most recent practice sessions.

This is a must-do, so obvious and already requested multiple times.

In the same area of ideas, I would like that, when in a session and hitting the 'stop practice' button, the software did switch directly to reviewing that same session, instead of having to go and scroll through the existing sessions list. One may think that it suffices to not stop the session and review it directly in shooting mode, but when doing so the match timer does not stop, therefore monitoring match times across sessions becomes impossible.
It is not a big thing but annoying time after time, just like the order issue.

Any chance to get Maximum score after group centering (can be found in Scatt Pro) in the report page in a future update? Shouldn't be difficult to implement and is useful for coaches.

In the scatt expert software I would like to have the possibility to select the position (Kneeling, Prone, Standing). In the scatt professional software there was a dropdown where you chose the discipline.
