I've not had problems with my SCATT since I got it 2 years ago but this time I started it up, connected the sensor wirelessly as normal but this time when I get to the target selection page, the 'continue' button is greyed-out, preventing me from going on. The computer and SCATT software says I'm connected and the blue light is not flashing on the sensor, indicating that it also knows that it's connected.
I thought I'd got round the problem by plugging in the USB cable but although it lets me progress to calibration, there is no picture available on preview and nothing works when attempting a shot.
I've updated the drivers from the SCATT website, uninstalled the SCATT Expert software and re-installed it and reset the sensor to factory settings but the same issue. I'm running Windows 10 on a Microsoft surface.
Any ideas?
