I am working with a Scatt MX-02 that is not calibrating to the target. I have watched both the set-up videos. The target is printed at 4.0 M with no rings. The device is dialed to 4.0 M. There is a good light source on the target, I have turned off other lights. My device is connected and shows up on the diagnostic tool. I have tried both the Expert and Professional Software. The device registers and has the latest firmware. I am able to pull up the preview mode and see the target in both software. It is a little grainy in Expert (compared to Professional) and will take a picture when I dry fire. Both of the software can "hear" the dry fire. It is with my service rifle so it is quite audible. The device is in alignment with the area that I am aiming, based on the preview mode.

I am stuck on getting the red dot to show up and it to register a calibration shot.
