Cannot open device file. Error code 5
I have used all the updated software and drivers on the site.
I have already tested it on the computer with windows XP and windows 10.I have already downloaded Scatt Professional and Scatt Expert.I already changed the cable.
I have tested at various distances, at home and in the shooting range.
