Every once in a while I kind of take some distance from shooting, like now. No idea why, just turning to other activities. Then it comes back. Time to start over with basic training. As many of you probably I know tons of exercises that will help me, but the question is, at what lower level the restart compared to your previous level? Resuming as if there has not been any pause is a risk of falling back into bad habits, wrong positions, technical mistakes. But starting too low is frustrating, wasted training time and missed joy of success.
